The extension and renewal of the power generation and distribution systems in UZ Brussels (University Hospital Brussels) was one of the most prestigious projects of the SDM-Group in the past years. This is also been noticed by the Belgian media.
HaCeCo rewarded SDM-Technics with the VCA* certificate after a 2 day examination. Employers safety and security behaviour was observed during these days. The result is the VCA* certificate which means that SDM-Technics is working according to the highest standards regarding safety and security on the work floor. SDM-Technics recently uses the brand new Steinhauer CNC machine. Eplan drawings or custom drawings are fed directly into the system, which converts and interprets the data automatically to make holes and cutouts. This CNC unit works extremely accurate and fast. This investment is an important step in the evolution to continue to improve our quality and offers faster turnarounds for customers.

In 2016 AZ Sint-Jan hospital in Ostend has decided to replace the outdated emergency power installation by a completely new critical power project. SDM-Projects was responsible for the automation of the whole critical power configuration. Since April 2018, the power supply is guaranteed in the entire hospital in case of grid failure. In the centre of the Dutch city Den Bosch is a monumental monastery converted into a school with living space for students. All distribution panels in the school buildings and rental apartments were made and installed by SDM-Technics. (13/06/2018)

Chirec, a large hospital conglomerate with its prime focus on patient well-being, embarked upon a complete new hospital construction back in 2013. In 2017 this new state-of-the-art facility opened its doors.
